Avocado Toasty

An easy and fairly healthy breakfast that is delicious and perfect for the work week.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of toast (I prefer Semolina)
  • Chili Lime Seasonings (or Tajin)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • ½ Lime
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bread.
  • Open the avocado by slicing along one side and twist to separate. Remove pit and scoop out the avocado with a spoon.
  • Add the avocado to a bowl with a squeeze of lime, salt, pepper, and chili lime seasoning. Mash together
  • To the toast, use a garlic clove to scrape against the toast (optional)
  • In another bowl, cut tomatoes in half and add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Assemble your toast - add avocado mash, top with tomatoes.
