Avocado Toasty
An easy and fairly healthy breakfast that is delicious and perfect for the work week.
- 1 Avocado
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 2 pieces of toast (I prefer Semolina)
- Chili Lime Seasonings (or Tajin)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove
- ½ Lime
- olive oil
Toast your bread.
Open the avocado by slicing along one side and twist to separate. Remove pit and scoop out the avocado with a spoon.
Add the avocado to a bowl with a squeeze of lime, salt, pepper, and chili lime seasoning. Mash together
To the toast, use a garlic clove to scrape against the toast (optional)
In another bowl, cut tomatoes in half and add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Assemble your toast - add avocado mash, top with tomatoes.
