Add bouillon and tomato paste
Add worcester sauce, garlic paste, and bouillon powder
Add the beef back and add stock
Add au jus gravy
Set Pressure Cook High 1 hour 15 minutes
Remove the meat, Add potatoes (optional if serving with mash) and carrots
Pressure cook High for 8 Minutes, Meanwhile shred the roast.
If the broth is too liquidy, you can change the setting to saute and add a cornstarch slurry, add brown gravy or slow cooker beef stew.
