Royal Icing
the best royal icing for flooding and decorating sugar cookies
- 2 lb Powdered Sugar
- 4 Tbs Merengue Powder
- 1-2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1-2 Tsp Almond
- ⅔ Cup water add more for desired consistency
In a stand mixer, add water and extracts.
Sift in Powdered sugar and mix on low for about 10 Min.
Divide icing into bowls to add more water for different flood consistencies and gel coloring.
