sometimes when I come home late from work it takes alll of me not to head to that uber eats app, and 9/10 I do. But whenever I actually am capable of cooking something in under 30 minutes I am legit impressed *pats self on the back*

Linguine with Clams is one of those easy dishes that I was always too intimidated to make because opening clams scares me but we went the frozen route and skipped the fears and it tastes ahhmazzing! Its quite literally a 30 min meal! I am also a criminal bc I put cheese on shellfish and idc pecorino adds flavor to everything SUE ME!

Learning how to cook intuitively isnt my favorite but its rustic and feels like home.

There are so many different recipes/measurements for making pasta but my aunt wanted to show me the basic and easiest version. The highlight was spending time with nonna too 🫶🏼
